1. 30-Day Exchange Window

BTBU's legacy return policy was built around a 30-day exchange window, and that policy is preserved here. For an eligible physical product, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.

2. Eligibility for Physical-Product Exchanges

To be eligible, a physical item should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging or included materials when applicable. Please keep your order information so we can locate the purchase.

3. Digital Products

Digital downloads, sample packs, MPC expansions, software-related files, and other downloadable products are generally not returnable after access or delivery because they cannot be physically returned. If a digital product is defective, corrupted, incomplete, or you experience a delivery problem, contact us so we can troubleshoot the issue or provide a working replacement where appropriate. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Physical Items

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and a description of the problem. Photos may be requested so we can resolve the issue efficiently.

5. Starting an Exchange

Before sending an item back, email info@beattheblockup.com with your order information and the reason for the exchange. We will provide the applicable return instructions. Please do not send a product to an address unless those instructions have been provided.

6. Shipping & Processing

Return-shipping instructions and any applicable shipping responsibility will be provided when an exchange is authorized. Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved exchange. Availability can affect whether the exact replacement item or variation is available.

7. Refunds When Applicable

This policy is primarily an exchange policy. If a refund is approved instead of an exchange, or is required by applicable law, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider or financial institution.

8. Purchases Made Elsewhere

This policy applies to purchases made directly through the BTBU store. Products purchased from another retailer, marketplace, or third-party seller are subject to that seller's return and exchange policies.
